Selling Your Gold To Us
Terms &
Conditions
- Individuals who are considering selling any gold found in our packs of panning concentrate should first check the price being offered before agreeing to sell their gold to us. Our current offer price can be found at www.highland.g6designs.co.uk/sell-your-gold/
- It should be noted that our offer price can fluctuate on a daily basis. The price we will pay for your gold will be the higher of either the offer price prevailing on the day we receive your gold or the offer price prevailing at the date of the postmark on your envelope containing your gold. In the event that the postmark is not legible then the price paid will be the offer price prevailing on the date of receipt
- Although we provide a pre-addressed envelope in which to send your gold to us it is your responsibility to ensure that the correct amount of postage is applied to the envelope. Mailing the envelope will be at your own expense and risk. We will not accept responsibility for any envelope or contents that are undelivered, damaged or mislaid in the postal system. You should consider sending your gold to us securely by Special Delivery or Signed For mail or similar. A range of postal options can be found at www.royalmail.com/sending/uk
- Upon receipt of your gold we will weigh and test it to ensure authenticity and purity. The weight will be determined to the nearest 1/100th of a gram. We reserve the right to return any gold to you which is not found to be authentic or which we suspect may not be from one of our packs of panning concentrate. Our decision on any matter of weight authenticity or purity is final and no correspondence in this regard will be entered into.
- The value of your gold will be determined by multiplying the number of grams received by the prevailing price per gram defined in paragraph 2 above
- Payment for your gold will be made by direct transfer to the bank account notified to us on the form enclosed in the envelope with your gold and will be made within 7 days of receipt
